As the Director of Marketing, Shaylee oversees all marketing, communications, branding, and events for BioNexus KC. With eight years of dedicated service to this organization, Shaylee brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence in marketing, communications, and leadership.

Shaylee excels at translating visions into reality, meticulously strategizing, and ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion. Since joining BioNexus KC in 2016, she has developed and implemented strategies to elevate the organization's marketing and communication efforts. Her career spans over 13 years with diverse experience in digital media, event planning, media buying, advertising, and graphic design.

Shaylee earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from Northwest Missouri State University, combining communications, graphic design, and web development into one comprehensive degree.

Outside of her Director of Marketing duties, Shaylee is passionate about promoting equity and inclusion and is committed to advocating for a more inclusive community for everyone.
