7th Annual Pediatric Genomic Medicine Conference

Spots are still available for the 7th Annual Pediatric Genomic Medicine Conference –  Neurodevelopmental Disorders: Genetics, Pharmacogenomics and Precision Medicine. The conference will be held April 5 – 7 at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center.

The conference focuses on Neurodevelopmental Disorders such as intellectual disability, Tourette Syndrome, autism and neuromuscular diseases affect more than 10 percent of children. Recent advances in genomic medicine are unraveling the etiology of these disorders and providing answers to more patients and families. These discoveries, along with advances in pharmacogenomics are the foundation of Precision Medicine. Leading experts from across North America will come together to share and exchange information about the impact of genomics on diagnosis and treatment of both common and rare neurodevelopmental disorders.

This event is targeted to physicians, psychologists, therapists, and genetic counselors who care for patients with neurodevelopmental disorders; genome scientists, laboratory directors, biotechnology professionals, researchers and other health care providers interested in neurodevelopmental and genomic medicine.
