The Missouri Cures Education Foundation and Burns & McDonnell are hosting Kansas City’s inaugural Women in Science & Entrepreneurship [WISE] Conference, on Friday, November 13th, 2015, 8:00 a.m. – noon. This program offers the scientific & entrepreneurial community a unique opportunity to learn, share, & network.
Speakers include local entrepreneurs, researchers and corporate leaders who will discuss topics ranging from paths for women to enter and excel in the field of science to establishing a successful business. The panelists will share their own experiences including the opportunities that helped them succeed and the challenges they have faced along the way.
