Mindie Paget leads communications, marketing and public relations efforts for the University of Kansas Office of Research, where she also serves as assistant vice chancellor for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. She previously served as director of communications and marketing at the KU School of Law. Before joining KU, Mindie worked for six years as an editor and reporter at the Lawrence Journal-World. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and philosophy and a master’s degree in journalism, both from KU. She is a Girl Scout leader and enjoys yoga, reading and spending time in nature.
