Frank Gray is the D.E.I. & Health Equity Officer for University Health KC. Frank’s mission is to cultivate a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and welcoming culture of belonging for patients, staff, and the community. He leads efforts to identify and address healthcare disparities amongst demographically diverse populations. Additionally, Frank collaborates with key stakeholders and influencers within UH-Truman Medical Center, UH-Lakewood Medical Center, and UH-Behavioral Health to inform strategic priorities, goals, and objectives toward the achievement of equitable healthcare for marginalized communities. Frank is committed to ensuring University Health continues to deliver the best possible patient health outcomes and experiences.
