Sprint Accelerator Introduces New Class of 2015

The Sprint Accelerator powered by Techstars is a three-month mentorship-driven startup accelerator. For the 2015 program ten of the most innovative healthcare startups were selected from applicants around the globe. The companies have moved their operations to Kansas City from as far away as Tel Aviv, Israel, for the duration of the three-month program.

Working out of the innovative, collaborative environment at the Sprint Accelerator, the companies will receive mentorship in healthcare, technology, business and entrepreneurship while also being connected with executives and technical resources from Sprint and the Kansas City community. The products range from consumer hardware and software to medical devices. This is the second round of companies for the Sprint Accelerator. The first program ran March to June of 2014.

The ten startups arrived at the accelerator in Kansas City on March 9 and will rapidly accelerate their companies with the help of expert mentors and advisors. The CEOs will present their businesses at Demo Day on June 4 at the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. Demo day will once again be open to the community, investors and business leaders from across the U.S. For more information or to assist one or more of these companies with expert advice or connections, please contact John Fein at john.fein@techstars.com.
