Russell Anderson has lived in the Kansas City Metro area since 2006. He has been with University Health, formerly Truman Medical Center, since 2017 and has spent much of that time supporting implementation strategies around workforce development in Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI). He currently serves as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer of UHTMC where he supports the development and implantation of UH’s DEI and Health Equity (HE) organizational strategies. Russell received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC) and his Masters in Public Administration from the UMKC Bloch School of Management. He is also a certified executive coach.
